Beefmaster calf for sale on the hoof, half or whole.
I have 1 Beefmaster calf ready to sell. You can choose to purchase half or the whole thing. The cost is $1.20 per pound for live weight (usually about $600.)
I will deliver the calf to the meat processing plant of your choice, we use Cockrums in Mountainburg, AR. They will weigh the calf, the cost of the calf paid to me will be $1.20 per pound of this live weight.
You can choose your cuts of meat with the processor. You will be responsible to pay the processor for cutting up the meat. The last calf we had processed cost us $130. to have it processed. You then pick up the meat in nice packages ready to use.
With the cost paid to me of about $600 and the cost you pay to have the meat processed, the average is about $3.00 per pound for all cuts of steak, roasts, ribs, and ground beef.
